Malnutrition Disease

Malnutrition is a disorder that arises from consuming a diet that is either deficient in nutrients or excessively rich in them, resulting in health issues. Calories, protein, carbs, vitamins, and minerals could all be present. Undernutrition or malnutrition is characterised by a lack of nutrients, and overnutrition is characterised by a surplus.
