Food Poisoning

A foodborne sickness, commonly referred to as food poisoning, is a condition that results from eating contaminated food. Toxins from infectious organisms, such as bacteria, viruses, and parasites, are the most common causes of food poisoning. At any point throughout the processing or production process, infectious organisms or their toxins have the potential to contaminate food. Contamination can also occur in home cooking or handling of food
